In order to secure our services for your date, a signed contract is required along with a $125 deposit. This deposit is a non-refundable, non-transferable retainer fee and will be subtracted from the final balance. The deposit is to be paid no later than 24 hours after your initial inquiry. If no payment is received within the 24 hours, your date will be released and available for booking by other clients. Again, please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a signed contract and booking fee are received.

The remaining balance is due 1-2 days before the event as one payment – no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the Client who has signed the booking contract. Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, credit card, or Venmo. *No checks*  A 3% transaction fee will be applied to all payments made with a credit or debit card.

Travel fee is calculated by .75 per mile (round trip) if your location is located 30 miles or more outside of the spa's location in Hixson, TN. If travel exceeds 4 hours round trip, a hotel room is required the night before - no exceptions. The client is also responsible for any parking, toll or Uber fees.

Trial runs are held at Alluring Looks studio located in Hixson, TN. The consults are scheduled Monday-Friday only, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Artist. Please arrive to your consultation with a fresh, cleansed face and bring any reference photos that you may have.

A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if scheduled makeup exceeds allotted time because of client delays. If the Makeup Artist is not finished at the end of the allotted time because of tardiness, the Makeup Artist will have to start the next client. The Makeup Artist is not responsible for tardiness and unfinished makeup due to the client being late. This will result in their original payment still being charged. Please note, this policy applies to the client's trial run and to the client and bridal party on the day of the event. 

If the Client desires to cancel services for any reason at any time, a 60 day notice is required to cancel the contract. The retainer will be forfeited and is non-refundable. In the event the client cancels the service(s) for a wedding less than 60 days prior to the reserved date, the client is liable for the full remainder of the contracted balance.
